1. Operator

This policy covers the website ice-marketing.ru and its subdomains and is published under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

2. Purposes and data

• Handling enquiries (callback, consultation, quote): name, phone, e-mail, company or website, message, quiz answers, page URL, UTM tags. Basis: your consent. Kept until the purpose is achieved, max. 3 years, or until consent is withdrawn.
• Contracts: full name, position, contacts, details stated in the contract. Basis: contract and law. Kept for the contract term plus 5 years (accounting rules).
• Website analytics (Yandex Metrica): cookies, IP address, browser and device data, on-site actions — only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Security and spam protection: IP address, user agent, time of submission.

3. Processing

Data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in Russia. Processing may be entrusted to the hosting provider (in Russia), Yandex LLC (Metrica, SmartCaptcha) and the e-mail service. No cross-border transfer takes place; data is not sold or disclosed except as required by law.

4. Cookies

Necessary storage (cookie choice, city, referral source, admin session) and, only with your consent, Yandex Metrica cookies (_ym_*, up to 1 year). You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send requests to info@ice-marketing.ru; we respond within 10 business days (extendable by 5). On withdrawal of consent data is destroyed within 30 days.

6. Security

HTTPS, access control with personal accounts, logging, backups, spam protection, automatic deletion of expired enquiries and incident notification as required by law.
