Consent to personal data processing

By ticking “I consent to the processing of personal data” and submitting a form on ice-marketing.ru, I freely and knowingly consent, under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, to the processing of my personal data by Индивидуальный предприниматель Рихтер Виктор Андреевич (INN 231216030011, 350058, Краснодарский край, г. Краснодар, ул. Ставропольская, 217/1, кв. 40, info@ice-marketing.ru).

Purposes: handling my enquiry, callback and consultation, preparing a quote, concluding a contract at my request, protecting the form from spam.

Data: name, phone, e-mail, company or website, message and quiz answers, IP address, browser data, page URL, city and UTM tags.

Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to processors engaged by the Operator (hosting provider in Russia, Yandex LLC — SmartCaptcha, e-mail service), blocking, deletion, destruction, with or without automation. No public dissemination or cross-border transfer.

Term and withdrawal: until the purposes are achieved, max. 3 years. I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ice-marketing.ru; the data will then be destroyed within 30 days.
